NSBE 25-26 GRANT/DONATION/SPONSORSHIP CANCELLATION FORM The NSBE 25 -26 Grant/Donation/Sponsorship Cancellation form serves as the official process for companies and organizations to formally cancel or modify their sponsorship commitments. This form ensures transparency and proper documentation for any grant/donation/sponsorship adjustments while allowing NSBE to manage allocations effectively. TERMS & CONDITIONS -All convention-related sponsorship payments must be received by December 31, 2025 to avoid forfeiture of associated benefits. -Unpaid invoices after this date may result in the loss of sponsorship placement and restricted access to the Career Fair and College/Graduate School floors. -A 10% late fee will be applied to any payments received after December 31, 2025. -A 25% cancellation fee will apply to any sponsorships canceled after January 3, 2026, regardless of payment status. -No refunds will be issued for National Partnerships (CSP/CGP) and National Convention sponsorships after January 3, 2026. -Certain sponsored events/items require pre-payment before January 3, 2026, and are non-refundable.
